Mosie Stories

“My husband and I tried several rounds of IUI treatments without success and ended up spending over $5000 in our efforts. Needless to say, the IUI experience was even more frustrating as it felt like the clinic was only interested in moving us to the much more expensive IVF treatments. We started accepting the fact it just wasn’t meant to be. This is when we discovered Mosie, and we decided to give it a try. After the third attempt....Success!!!”

-P & K from New Jersey

"The biggest thing Mosie helped with was keeping sex sexy and trying to conceive its own separate process... It was so easy! The directions were clear and the syringe was so easy to use. I was nervous to insert it (I don't even use tampons), but it was comfortable and non-invasive. Mosie really helped take the pressure off both of us and now at 22 weeks pregnant, we couldn't be happier!"

- J & K from Illinois

"As a lesbian couple, we were looking into our options to make our lifelong dreams of having a baby a reality. Mosie Baby stood out to us as a simple and affordable option. I am so thankful that we were able to conceive our daughter in the privacy of our own home. It was important to both my wife and me for this process to be intimate... We are beyond grateful for Mosie Baby for providing a way for a couple like us to inseminate at home."

- J & R from Washington

"We had been TTC for 17 months and decided to try Mosie. It was affordable, very easy to use, and we appreciated that we could do this in the comfort of our own home. Thank you for creating something so simple and amazing. Our fertility journey was all worth it to get that big fat positive! Mosie Baby made our dreams come true!"

- W & A from Texas

"My wife and I had been trying to get pregnant for over a year. We were doing inseminations with a regular syringe. For ten months that wasn't successful. That's when we decided to switch to the Mosie syringe. After 2 months of trying with Mosie, we finally got the positive we had been impatiently waiting for. Thank you for the amazing product and all of the tips and videos that are there to help us."

- C & K from CA

"Mosie Baby caught my attention as a 34 year old single woman. I used it independently with a known donor at home. It was affordable, easy to use, and truly was a gift."

- K from Michigan

Meet Mosie

Ergonomically designed for comfort with insight from a fertility specialist, Mosie is the first patented syringe designed specifically for home insemination with a unique slit opening. Every kit now includes 2 specially designed collection cups, too!

Mosie Syringe
Slit Opening

Unlike other syringes with round openings (and more turbulent flows), Mosie takes its cues from mother nature, with a longer, angular-opening that creates a more laminar flow for your precious cargo. This provides a longer, wider spray than a typical syringe.

Size Matters

Mosie's length was chosen after researching the placement of the cervical opening in relation to the length of the vagina with insight from a fertility specialist.

Barrel Free

Instead of a standard barrel that traps a significant amount of sperm, Mosie features a rounded nub that ensures maximum release and minimizes waste.

Total Comfort

With absolutely no harsh lines, Mosie is designed to be as familiar to use as a tampon. We’ve rounded off every edge! Mosie’s rounded stopper ensures smooth transfer collection and maximum transfer.

Mosie Collection Cup

Designed specifically for use with the Mosie Syringe to maximize transfer! Just the right size for a semen sample, with low walls and a rounded bottom to help the sample collect in one place. Includes a safety wall to prevent tipping over and sealable lid.

Mosie Insemination Syringes

Part of getting pregnant is a numbers game; that's why each Mosie kit contains two patented Mosie insemination syringes with unique slit openings. We recommend trying at least twice during each ovulation cycle.

Supportive Instructions

Every package contains a simple step by step guide, along with helpful tips. Our USA Based team is always here to help, if you have additional questions along the way simply reach out!

How Mosie Was Born

After struggling to conceive for 2.5 years, Maureen and Marc began looking for an easy and comfortable at-home way to inseminate. When they couldn't find it, they decided to make it. And now they're parents to the first Mosie Baby and have helped thousands of other Mosie Families conceive their little ones!

P.S. With Mosie Baby, you're never alone. Since day one way back in 2015, Marc and Maureen have been on a mission to empower their community with knowledge. We're here for you if you have any TTC related questions or just need someone to vent to (because we get it, TTC is HARD)!

Expert Reviews

Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh, Reproductive Endocrinologist

"The Mosie Baby Kit is the only home insemination kit I recommend to my patients. Mosie’s patented slit opening mimics mother nature, making it a viable option worth trying"

Dr. Aaron Spitz, Urologist and author of the Penis Book

"The default collection device for semen has been urine sample cups. When it comes to properly collecting body fluids, one size does not fit all. The Mosie Baby Kit's cup is designed for semen, not urine, and so it maximizes the yield for insemination"

Lin Weinberg
LA based Fertility Coach

"Mosie feels extremely comfortable at just the right length. And it delivers on its promise to minimize waste. We found Mosie to be our favorite at home insemination kit that we've used or seen to date."

You can use your FSA/HSA card in the credit card section at checkout! Alternatively, Mosie is also eligible for reimbursement through most FSA & HSA accounts. To apply for reimbursement all you have to do is order the item you want and submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement.

Do I need to wash before use?

Nope! Mosie Syringes for at home insemination and Mosie cups for semen collection are ready to use right out of the box. Who can Mosie help with insemination?

Do not use The Mosie Baby Kit if you or your sperm source have been diagnosed with no sperm in semen (azoospermia), blocked Fallopian tubes or have no Fallopian tubes, a sexually transmissible disease, virus, or infection (including active herpes, hepatitis, HIV), or if you do not ovulate. Can I use Mosie with fresh and frozen donor sperm?

Yes! You can use Mosie with both fresh and cryogenically frozen donor sperm. We have a some helpful articles in our conception 101 blog in our main menu. Please be sure to follow the thawing instructions from your sperm bank if using frozen donor sperm.

How many tries does it take and can I reuse the syringes?

Mosie, just like all means of conception including IVF and the old-fashioned way, is no guarantee of pregnancy. There are many factors when it comes to trying to conceive, many of which we do not have control over, but with Mosie, we can at least help things get to the right place. We recommend trying Mosie for a minimum of 3 months & maximum of 6 months.

It’s important to note that, according to a study published in the journal Human Reproduction, chances of conceiving increase with attempts!

Mosie syringes and cups are single-use only. Mosie, like any syringe, is comprised of moving parts that may become compromised after even a single-use. The rubber stopper specifically (on any syringe) loosens after each use and will eventually become unreliable. The stopper on Mosie (and most syringes) is also very lightly coated with a medically safe lubricant to ensure smooth movement which will likely deteriorate after washing.

You will find that Mosie is not alone here. Most manufacturers discourage using a syringe multiple times. This is exactly why we include two Mosie syringes for home insemination and two Mosie semen collection cups in every kit. More tries translates into better odds for conception!

Consult your doctor if timed intercourse or inseminating with the Mosie Baby Kit does not successfully result in a pregnancy within six cycles of trying.
