When to Inseminate
Use this timing guide to plan when to use Mosie during your cycle.
Your most fertile window usually starts before ovulation. Use your first Mosie Syringe and cup at your first sign of ovulation, then use your second within two days.
Make sure to inseminate within 15 minutes to an hour of sample collection.
