Order processing

Orders placed after 10 am CT usually ship the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays usually ship the following Monday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

If you are timing your order with ovulation, please allow extra time for processing and carrier transit. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Mosie Baby currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping options and any shipping cost are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Once your order is in transit, the carrier is responsible for delivery timing. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier or email mosie@mosiebaby.com so our support team can help.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email mosie@mosiebaby.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. You can also review our warranty page for more information.
