Sarah Prager is dedicated to raising awareness of LGBTQ+ history through writing, speaking, and other projects. She is author to books Queer, There, and Everywhere,Rainbow Revolutionaries: 50 LGBTQ+ People Who Made History (2020), Kind Like Marsha: Learning from LGBTQ+ Leaders (2022), and A Child’s Introduction to Pride: The Inspirational History and Culture of the LGBTQIA+ Community (2023).

Sarah’s writing has been published by The New York Times, The Atlantic, National Geographic, NBC News, HuffPost, The Advocate, Cosmopolitan, Parents, Insider, and other national outlets. She has spoken on LGBTQ+ history to over 200 audiences across eight countries at venues including the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, Harvard Business School, and Microsoft’s Times Square offices.
