We tried for 5 years and then had to go through IVF ICSI to have our first child. This was due to make factor issues - low motility sperm. We were told it was unlikely we can ever conceive naturally but we were not ready to give up. We tried naturally for 2 years and were beginning to give up hope. From research I came across Mosie and we decided to give it a go. I think in total we had 6 attempts until we got our positive result. We were so surprised and ecstatic that it had actually worked. We would have to spend £8,000 on private IVF treatment.
