Can I use Mosie with known donor sperm?

Yes, you can! You’ll definitely want to think through some things prior to selecting your donor. Please take a look at 'How to Choose a Sperm Donor' on our blog written by Amanda Hopping-Winn from Family Equality which has a checklist you’ll want to go through.

You’ll also want to work with a lawyer to make sure everyone is on the same page regarding parental rights. We also advise researching the laws in your state or country when working with a known donor.

During this pandemic, please also consider evaluating if your known donor should quarantine prior to working with them.

Lastly, please note that Mosie does not protect against HIV or sexually transmissible diseases, infections, or viruses. As always, we advise you to check-in with your doctor when using a known donor at home.
