Conception 101

There’s a problem that many couples deal with and it's called impotence, the inability to “get it up”, or Erectile Dysfunction (ED). No matter how you refer to it, these terms are used to describe when a man has trouble getting or keeping an erection long enough to complete sexual intercourse through orgasm. For many men, the pressures of trying to conceive can actually cause them to experience Erectile Dysfunction. This is commonly referred to as "performance anxiety". And guess what fellas? It happens to a lot of men!
