Dr. John Jain is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Obstetrician-Gynecologist with over three decades of experience advancing fertility medicine.

He is the founder and medical director of Premier Sperm Bank, a genomics-driven sperm bank recognized for its emphasis on clinical rigor, transparency, and donor ethics. Under his leadership, Premier Sperm Bank became the first sperm bank globally to implement DNA fingerprinting for donor identity verification, establishing a new standard for safety and traceability in sperm donation.

With a commitment to ethics, Premier Sperm Bank has set itself apart with a family cap policy that limits a donor’s contribution to no more than 25 families worldwide, a practice that prioritizes both ethical oversight and the long-term well-being of donor-conceived individuals and their families.
