Good Clean Love BioGenesis™ Fertility Lubricant is the first and only fertility-friendly (and sperm-safe) lube that's paraben-free and includes magnesium and calcium ions to support your fertility journey! Some popular vaginal lubricants have been shown to negatively affect sperm motility. We’re not naming names, but you can read the medical journals here and here. BioGenesis™ is different. Our product is specially formulated to support an optimal environment for fertility, a claim that is backed by FDA clearance and verified by a qualified doctor of obstetrics and gynecology. Here are a few things that make our formula special:
BioGenesis is a water based, hydroxyethylcellulose formula. That’s exactly what is recommend by doctors at the Mayo Clinic because that combination closely mimics natural moisture and does not inhibit the movement of sperm. Where many lubricants can slow sperm movement, BioGenesis supports all phases of fertility. Our science-based formula is also isotonic and paraben free.
Healthy vaginal pH is about 3.8 to 4.5. The pH of semen is usually 7.2 to 7.8. Our scientifically advanced BioGenesis™ is unique – the first fertility lubricant that uses what doctors call a “buffering action” so that the lubrication adapts its pH, simultaneously maintaining a healthy vaginal pH while supporting sperm viability.
Calcium and magnesium have long been known as critical to fertilization. We’ve added ions of both to BioGenesis to support the process of sperm movement and egg penetration that ultimately result in pregnancy. Combine those with premium ingredients and supporting lactic acid and you have a lubricant that enhances intimacy, reduces discomfort and Bio Matches your own fertile fluids to create an optimal environment for conception.
With ovulation tests, it is best to not use first morning pee (as is recommended with pregnancy tests). For best results, test at the same time every day after the morning hours. Try to hold your pee and reduce liquid intake two hours prior to testing.
Before you begin testing for ovulation, refer to the “When to start testing chart” included in your instructions. For reference, ovulation frequently occurs about 14 days before your period starts if you have a 28 day cycle. If your average menstrual cycle is 28 days then your most fertile days are days 12, 13, and 14. We’d recommend starting testing on day 10 or 11 for a 28 day cycle. If your average menstrual cycle is 35 days, ovulation can happen around day 21 and your most fertile days are days 19, 20, and 21. We’d recommend starting testing on day 15 or 16.
When you're ready to test, Simply pee on the test directly for 10 to 15 seconds. If you prefer, you may collect your urine in a cup and dip only the test portion of the stick into the urine for 10 to 15 seconds. Put the cap back on the test and lay it flat. Results will be ready in 3 minutes.
The Mosie Baby Ovulation Test is designed to detect the LH surge through your urine. If there is enough of the LH detected in your pee, you will see a positive on your test. When you see a positive result, we recommend inseminating with the Mosie Kit or having intercourse as soon as possible - within 24 hours if possible. Then we recommend attempting a second time within 36 to 48 hours of that positive result.
Mosie Baby Pregnancy Tests can be used at any time of day however the first-morning pee is the recommended as it will have a build up of the HCG hormone in your urine.
While it is possible for some people to have enough hCG present prior to the first missed menstrual cycle to indicate a pregnancy, most people do not have enough hCG in their body to test positive prior to the first day of their anticipated cycle. We recommend testing on the first day of your anticipated cycle.
Once you're ready to test, simply pee on the test directly for 10 to 15 seconds. If you prefer, you may collect your urine in a cup and dip only the test portion of the stick into the urine for 10 to 15 seconds. Put the cap back on the test and lay it flat. Results will be ready in minutes.
A positive result indicates that your pee contains hCG - confirming you are pregnant. A negative result means that no hCG has been detected - confirming pregnancy did not occur yet. Mosie Baby Pregnancy Tests when used by consumers showed an accuracy of greater than 99% when compared to laboratory results.
