First, have you created an account with the email address you used to purchase? If not, make sure you register here: https://mosiebaby.com/account/register
From there, you can manage all upcoming orders, add more products, skip, or cancel prior to your next shipment!
Need to skip a month? No problem! Follow the below steps:

Simply, login to your account here: https://mosiebaby.com/account/login

On the left-hand side, click 'Manage Subscription'

On the top navigation, click on 'Upcoming orders'

Go to the order date that you'd like to skip, scroll to the bottom and click, "skip this order"

A pop-up confirmation will ask again if you'd like to skip, please confirm.

To confirm a successful skip, it will be marked, 'skipped' under 'Upcoming orders'
Need to cancel your account? Follow the below steps:

Simply, login to your account here: https://mosiebaby.com/account/login

On the left-hand side, click 'Manage Subscription'

On the top navigation, click on 'Subscriptions'

Click on the active subscription, scroll to the bottom and click, "cancel subscription"

A pop-up confirmation will ask again if you'd like to cancel and ask for the reason you're cancelling, please confirm

To confirm a successful cancellation, the product will have a cancelled tag under 'Inactive subscriptions'
