Unfortunately we, at Mosie Baby, do not have control over our country or your country's shipping stipulations/guidelines on how they are handling mail during this pandemic and alongside the supply chain delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding - we are all in this together!
Mosie Baby is not financially liable for any late orders. If your order is late, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly (mosie@mosiebaby.com) to file a claim.

If you're timing your order with ovulation, please be aware, orders placed after 10 am CST ship the following business day, orders placed on Fridays ship on the following Monday.
Once your order is in transit, that is considered the first day of the estimated delivery time. Again, please note that shipping services are experiencing a high volume of orders and your order may be delayed - we are working hard to help from our end however we do not have control over the shipping services and their delivery timelines.

All shipping options are trackable online.
Only standard shipping is available for carts that include Legacy branded products.
Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Ensure you select Standard USPS if you are shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, other carriers will not be able to complete the delivery and your order will be returned.
Currently, we are only shipping to select countries. Please be aware prices are in US dollars and we ship from the USA. The exact cost of shipping with duties and taxes will be applied at checkout using your exact address.
Please note: if you're calculating shipping to time with ovulation, delivery time may be impacted by local postal services and processing time in customs. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We suggest adding an additional 5 days to your estimated shipping time at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Mosie Baby is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If the product is defective or damaged, we require a picture and might require you to mail the item back. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase. (This is mailed to the email address you used when placing your order. If you can't find it, feel free to contact us at mosie@mosiebaby.com)

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you are shipping from, the time it may take for your return to be received and processed could vary. When your refund has been processed, you will receive a separate automated email confirming. Once we have initiated your refund, depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 7 business days to be reflected on your account.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: All mailed returns are final. If your return does not meet the requirements listed in the Returns Policy, we will not be able to reship your product or provide a refund.
