Due to the nature and sensitivity of our products, to be eligible for a return, your kit must be sealed in its original packaging and undamaged. As our products are consumer health products we, unfortunately, are not able to do a refund if you have opened your kit box, even if the product inside remains unopened. Items marked as final sale are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged. If the product is defective or damaged, we require a picture and might require you to mail the item back.
Our Return Policy for mosie baby branded and good clean love products lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
For Legacy branded products Legacy will refund you forunused products or services, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase. You will be asked to return your unused kit(s). For full return policy and to start your return visit our friends at https://www.givelegacy.com/refund-policy/.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please do not fill out the form above, instead, email a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange and hold onto your item.
Refunds (if the product is sealed, not opened)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once it is inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver via the original method of payment.
Our E-Gift Cards are non-refundable (unless required by law) and subject to our Gift Card Terms.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to be received and processed could vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Your subscription will automatically renew every month until you choose to cancel it. You may cancel after two subscription shipments. If you cancel after the next shipment has already been shipped you will still receive and be charged for the shipment.
If you don’t wish for your account to renew automatically, or if you want to cancel your Subscription, you can cancel by (a) accessing your account in the Customer Portal and clicking “manage subscriptions” or (b) by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and following our cancellation instructions. You will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred before the cancellation of your Subscription. If you cancel your Subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional and marketing communications about Mosie LLC. To stop receiving these communications, you will need to opt-out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided within the communications.
Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, as well as you having access to everything upon purchase, we have a no refund policy. This is a common practice for e-courses and is standard policy for most online pre-paid courses. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
